| The Personal
Profile System® for Windows® is a direct
development of the Personal Profile System, the
widely-used learning system designed to help individuals
better understand their own behavior and the behavior
of others. The Personal Profile System for Windows
combines the behavioral technology of the paper
instrument with computer technology, resulting in
a more comprehensive application of the DiSC®
system.
The response portion of the software, using either
the keyboard or a coin-rub response page, is identical
with the response portion of the paper Personal
Profile System. The interpretation section is
considerably expanded and focuses on applications.
In the paper version of the instrument, it is
necessary to provide interpretive information
on all behavioral styles. Therefore, the amount
of information describing any one person's behavioral
style is limited. Using the technology available
with personal computers, it is possible to produce
a much more detailed report, focused specifically
on the individual respondent.
The Personal Profile System for Windows provides
a comprehensive series of printed reports that
offers a great deal of insightful information
to the respondent. Plus, all of this information
is also available on-screen. The user-friendly
interface provided by Microsoft Windows® makes
exploring and applying DiSC information about
yourself and others easier than ever before. Menus
and screens can be navigated easily to find the
information you need when you need it.
