| Even the greatest program can be viewed as
ineffective when the room set-up is not optimal.
To help ensure that Margie's program meets your
expectations, please review the A / V and room requests below.
Equipment:
(this will vary depending on the programs and
audience size)
Wireless Lavaliere (tie clip) microphone
Audiocassette and/or CD player
Video projector
Staging:
If possible set the room up in a theater style
with a center isle.
The stage should be positioned in the middle of
the front wall of the room.
Stage height and size appropriate for room size.
A small, draped table on the stage to the side
for water and miscellaneous items.
Room Environment:
Dim lighting on the screens but keep the house
lights up full.
Temperature: The actual room temperature should
be somewhere between 68 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
It too hot or cold the participants will not be
able to focus on the program.
Recording of Presentation:
The material to be presented is protected by copyright.
Audio and/or video recording is permitted and
encouraged. A separate recording agreement
must be signed prior to the event.
