Room setup and audio visual needs

Even the greatest program can be viewed as ineffective when the room set-up is not optimal. To help ensure that Margie's program meets your expectations, please review the A / V and room requests below.

Equipment:
(this will vary depending on the programs and audience size)

Wireless Lavaliere (tie clip) microphone
Audiocassette and/or CD player
Video projector

Staging:

If possible set the room up in a theater style with a center isle.
The stage should be positioned in the middle of the front wall of the room.
Stage height and size appropriate for room size.
A small, draped table on the stage to the side for water and miscellaneous items.

Room Environment:

Dim lighting on the screens but keep the house lights up full.
Temperature: The actual room temperature should be somewhere between 68 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. It too hot or cold the participants will not be able to focus on the program.

Recording of Presentation:

The material to be presented is protected by copyright. Audio and/or video recording is permitted and encouraged. A separate recording agreement must be signed prior to the event.
