Thank you so much for assisting the Boone County Chamber of Commerce with our February 22, 2001 member services seminar. Your presentation, "How to Deal With Conflict In Your Changing Environment", was outstanding and addressed issues that were relevant to all of our members. You explained the different modes of conflict and addressed the ways individuals react to conflict. Your discussion of conflict resolution was particularly helpful. In addition to providing our Chamber members with extremely helpful information, you allowed the Boone County Chamber Commerce to benefit financially from your services. By offering your seminar at a discounted rate to Chamber members, you emphasized the importance of Chamber membership. By allowing the Chamber to receive a percentage of the registration fee, you gave us the opportunity to increase our non-dues revenue.
