M.A.T. would like to share some success stories.....

Dear Margie:

Thanks for the time taken to facilitate the afternoon session of the May 9th Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services meeting at Fatima Center in Indianapolis. Your ability to blend the team building discussion and exercises with the morning "color matrix" session made the day very successful. The evaluations received after the training confirmed the training group's assessment with nearly unanimous positive reviews.

Members of the training group would like to meet with you to discuss the upcoming "conflict management" session we discussed briefly while planning for the May 9th meeting. If you have not heard from me before you receive this letter I will be contacting you shortly to arrange this meeting. The meeting is scheduled to occur July 11th in the Indianapolis area. As of now the exact location is undetermined. It will likely be at either Fatima Center or in the former Fort Benjamin Harrision conference facility.

On behalf of the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services and the planning group thanks for an excellent afternoon of learning. Your willingness to help us with our training needs is an example of how collaboration efforts between state agencies should work. Please let us know if we can ever be of assistance to IDEM.
