  Stress and Coping

The core of this seminar is centered around the Coping and Stress Profile©, a self-report instrument that provides a detailed roadmap of your current stress challenges and shows you the direction you need to take to manage stress more effectively.

There are many books and programs that deal with work-related stress, family stress, or other stress issues, but the Coping and Stress Profile© is unique in its focus on the interconnection and interplay of all four life areas: Work, Personal, Couple, and Family.

The Coping and Stress Profile© was researched and developed by Dr. David Olson, an author of more than twenty books and one hundred articles and a widely respected expert in the field of stress management.
