Team Conflict Management is a training
program that provides you with the essential
information and skills needed to help
you deal with conflict in both your personal
and professional lives.
Conflict is normal. This workshop provides
a forum for participants to see through
the fear, anger, and frustration of conflict
to the opportunities and potential for
constructive outcomes. The powerful Thomas-Kilmann
Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) model demonstrates
that conflict-handling behaviors are neither
good nor bad. Rather, conflict resolution
is simply a matter of expanding skill
sets and choosing the most effective conflict
mode for a particular situation.
Most team leaders become alarmed too
early about a team member's conduct and
label him or her unnecessarily as troublesome
or difficult. In this session individuals
will learn how to analyze the behavior
and situation. Then how to effectively
handle the disruptive behavior.
If your teams suffer from non-participation,
dominating members, close-mindedness,
or getting off on tangents, then this
is the session for you.
